The present conditions are intended to regulate the hiring service contract of bicycles or any other product born between DSG BIKE RENTAL S.L and the user at the time when he accepts, during the online contracting process, the corresponding box. The contract contractual relationship involves the temporary rental, in exchange for a specific price and publicly exposed through the website, a bicycle model or specific product.

Price

Each model will require an economic delivery as a deposit that will be made directly at the store where the bicycle is collected. This amount will be returned in full to the user at the time of the return of the bicycle, as long as it is in perfect condition. The client assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case this will always be previously communicated to the users.

Payment Methods

Cancellation of service contracting

No returns or partial refunds are allowed once the rental has started.

Terms and Conditions of rental

The rental price will be the one indicated on the front. The lessee will make the full payment of the service at the signing of the contract, as well as a bond marked on the front. This will be returned upon delivery of the vehicle(s) and presenting the copy of the rental agreement.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE

The optional insurance includes Accidental Damage (forks, chains, gears, levers, scratches, etc.) up to €150. The optional insurance does not cover vandalism or theft. It does not cover damage or breakage caused by alcohol or irresponsible driving due to violations of traffic regulations.
