These conditions will have an indefinite validity period and will be applicable to all contracted services that are carried out through this website. DSG ELECTRIC RENT reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification. The rates present on this website correspond to the prices that will be applied in our stores, there being no difference in the amounts for the contracting of services online or in person.

The present conditions are intended to regulate the hiring service contract of bicycles or any other product born between DSG ELECTRIC RENT and the user at the time when he accepts, during the online contracting process, the corresponding box. The contract contractual relationship involves the temporary rental, in exchange for a specific price and publicly exposed through the website, a bicycle model or specific product.

General information

Both parties attest to these general conditions of contract, except special conditions agreed with each client in particular. Procedure for contracting the rental service on the web. The hiring procedure for the rental service can be done in Spanish and English. The prices and conditions of delivery in this website will be applied in the national territory and in compliance with Spanish legislation, since the contracting takes place in Spain. Delivery of orders

The delivery of the rented product will be made in the DSG ELECTRIC RENT store freely selected by the user or in the place selected by the user and offered on the platform. In the same way, the schedule for the delivery will also be established according to the choice of the user, upon confirmation of the company. The platform is designed so that only the hiring of those bicycle models that are available at the hour and store DSG ELECTRIC RENT selected by the user can be confirmed. However, if for any technical failure in the platform, the contracting of an unavailable model could be made, DSG ELECTRIC RENT, undertakes to inform the user as soon as possible of this lack of availability and by virtue of Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 2007, of November 16, by which the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users is approved, the client must be able to recover as soon as possible, and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days, the sums you have paid for the rent. Likewise, if the hired model is not available for rental, when the user has been expressly informed of such possibility, DSG ELECTRIC RENT you can supply a bicycle model with similar characteristics that has the same or superior quality without price increase.

Price

The price of the products will be the one that appears in the description of them in which the Value Added Tax (VAT) is already included. Therefore, the final price of the product is indicated. Each model will require an economic delivery as a deposit that will be made directly at the store where the bicycle is collected. This amount will be returned in full to the user at the time of the return of the bicycle, as long as it is in perfect condition. The client assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case this will always be previously communicated to the users.

Payment Methods

During the contracting process, the form of payment desired by the client of the four we have will be selected:

Cancellation of service contracting

You can cancel the service contract at any time. This cancellation will be free provided it is made 5 or more days before the day selected for delivery. In those cases in which the cancellation occurs with less advance, the cost will be €35 per bicycle reserved for rental. Terms and Conditions of rental

The rental price will be the one indicated on the front. The lessee will make the full payment of the service at the signing of the contract, as well as a bond marked on the front. This will be returned upon delivery of the vehicle(s) and presenting the copy of the rental agreement.

Applicable guarantees and property reservation clause

All models and materials offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise indicated in its description. All of them have a guarantee period, according to the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.
